SRINAGAR, Sept 28: The Non-teaching staff of Government schools have warned to launch agitation if their pending demands are not addressed by the higher authorities.
In a meeting of the staff held under the banner of JKADCSA (Ministerial Federation) led by Jeelani Naik and Basharat Saleem, the members expressed strong resentment over the delaying tactics being adopted by the higher authorities in the School Education department in resolving their issues, like conduct of DPC/ regularization of 50 Junior Assistants, freezing of 4522 posts of non-teaching staff, transparent transfer policy, deployment of teaching staff against the posts of clerical cadre in ZEO/CEO and other offices etc.
They appealed to the Director School Education Kashmir to solve their genuine issues, failing which they will be compelled to launch agitation.
