KISHTWAR, May 20: All J&K School Education (Non-Teaching) Employees Forum was held which was chaired by its president here today.
Various issues were discussed including the implementation of transfer orders.
The speakers said that the teaching staff has been assigned duties to run the office business. Though the said employees have been detached/transferred so many time yet the orders were never implemented because of having deep links with the then CEOs and influence with the higher ups, they added.
They stated that the recent order dated May 11 was issued by the Director School Education Jammu regarding the transfer of teaching staff from various offices but till date they have not been relieved whereas the directions were issued to relieve the transferees by or before May 15. But the orders issued have been violated and thrown in dustbin. This needs attention on the part of Government and the department, they maintained.
The speakers urged the higher authorities to look into the matter judiciously and issue strict directions to relieve the transferees/attached teaching faculty from the various offices.
