JAMMU, Mar 19: NOC for establishing/operating Stone Crusher Unit has been brought under Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Guarantee Act, 2011.
This was notified by the Government and as per this notification, stipulated time frame for providing the service is 30 days.
Divisional Commissioner is the First Appellate Authority and Financial Commissioner Revenue is the Second Appellate Authority.
