Jammu, Apr 22: Nitishwar Kumar, former Principal Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, was among seven IAS officers who have been empaneled for holding post of Additional Secretary or its equivalent at the Centre by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

Nitishwar Kumar is a 1996 batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
Other officers empanelled include Anju Sharma, Aniruddhe Mukerjee, Sunil Kumar Barnwal, Manish Bhardwaj, Shantanu and Ramesh Kumar Sudhanshu.
