The beginning of the remarkable success story that Nitco is today was the company formed by Late Roshan Lall Bhalla, a visionary who started a modest Road Transport Enterprise in Jammu.
The Company was started in July 1964 under the name of North India Transporters and Contractors Private Limited with two trucks and two offices, while in July 1969, the company’s name was changed to Nitco Roadways Private Limited.
Now the Company has over 1000 trucks on road and PAN India presence of more than 400 locations nationwide.
The Company is having Computerized Offices across the country right from Leh to Madurai in South and Guwahati to Cochin in West.
