Nirmal Singh calls on Rawat

JAMMU, June 22: Dr Nirmal Singh, Speaker, Legislative Assembly today met Trivendra Singh Rawat, Chief Minister of Uttrakhand, at Dehradun . Both the leaders had deliberations on various issues pertaining to both the hilly regions of J&K and Uttrakhand. Dr. Singh during the meeting told Rawat that Jammu is facing same neglect as Uttrakhand was facing before its separation from Uttar Pradesh.
They also talked about arrangements made by the Central Government and Government of Jammu & Kashmir for forth coming Amarnath Yatra. It was also discussed that both the states can have a MoU on various issues of common interest to them for the welfare of people.
