JAMMU, Jul 18: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned additional charge of Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi to Niraj Kumar, the 2010 batch AGMUT Cadre IAS officer, who is presently serving as Administrative Secretary, Public Grievances Department.
As per a Government order issued on July 18, Niraj Kumar will also look after the Hospitality and Protocol Department during the deputation period of Bhupinder Kumar, IAS (AGMUT:2011), who has been deputed to the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, from July 21 to August 16, 2025.
