JAMMU, Nov 5: Jammu lad Nikhil Raina brings laurel to Union Territory Jammu and Kashmir by representing India and winning Gold and Silver medals in Thailand Open International Championship held at Pattaya, Thailand.
The Championship, which was organized by Thailand Powerlifting Union, Tony’s Gym, Club Nashaa and Club Glassi was held under the aegis of Asian Powerlifting Union and World Powerlifting Union.
Nikhil won Gold and Silver Medals in Bench Press during Thailand Open International Championship.
He participated in the championship under the guidance and supervision of Bhupender Dhawan, President Asian Powerlifting Union.
Powerlifters from Thailand, India, Myanmar, England and Iran took part in the championship.
