NIA raids Behal’s ancestral house

JAMMU, July 31: The National Investigating Agency (NIA) today conducted raids at the ancestral house of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu-based leader Devender Singh Behal at Ward No. 7 in Nowshera town of Rajouri district in search of some documents.
Reports said the NIA team, which had raided the residence of Behal at Bakshi Nagar yesterday, today conducted raid at his ancestral house in Nowshera in search of some documents and other material.
The raid lasted about three hours after which the NIA team returned to Jammu.
Sources said the NIA team would camp at Jammu to question Behal, who hasn’t been arrested but asked to join questioning as and when asked by the investigating team.
Yesterday, NIA team had recovered four mobile telephones, a computer and some incriminating documents from the residence of Behal at Bakshi Nagar.
