JAMMU, Feb 22: Special Judge National Investigation Agency (NIA) Haq Nawaz Zargar today granted 14 days judicial remand of five persons, who were involved in the escape of LeT militant Naveed Jatt from the judicial custody.
After considering the remand application moved by NIA, the Special Judge granted 14 days judicial remand of accused namely Mohd Tika Khan, son of Abdul Khan, Shakeel Ahmed Bhat, son of Mohd Ramzan Bhat, Syed Tajamul, son of Syed Mohd Syed, Mohd Shafi Wani, son of Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Wani and Jan Mohd Ganie, son of Ghulam Hassan Ganie, all the residents of Pulwama.
