KISHTWAR, July 18: A building owned by NHPC along with a cow shed was gutted here today in a mysterious fire at NHPC Colony, Semina.
As per reports, some locals saw flames coming out of NHPC union office early in the morning and raised alarm. Before the locals could react, the flames went out of the control.
Though Police and personnel from Fire and Emergency Services also reached the spot and doused the flames but by then massive damage had been caused to the union office along with a cow shed and some private vehicles parked there.
Police has registered a case in this regard and started investigation.
