JAMMU, June 12: NHPC, a Government of India Navratna Enterprise was today conferred with Special Jury Award under ET HR World Future Skills Awards 2025 for “Use of Games & Simulations in L&D”.
The Award was presented in the Award Ceremony held at Mumbai.
The award bears testimony of various initiatives and planned interventions implemented by NHPC in its Learning and Development (L&D) framework.
One of such initiatives is use of Games & Simulations which turned out to be a game-changer in developing a collaborative culture, better team building, thrust for innovation, agility and compassion amongst the employees.
Award also signifies NHPC’s transformation of its L&D domain from conventional to progressive in line with the industry trends.
