NHPC celebrates ‘Swachhta Pakhwada 2025’

JAMMU, May 30: ‘Swachhta Pakhwada 2025’ organized by the NHPC, a Navratna enterprise of Government of India at its Corporate Office and all its Regional Offices, Projects and Power Stations across the country from 16th May to 31st May 2025, was concluded today.
In this regard a plantation drive was organized.
R K Chaudhary, CMD, NHPC, Uttam Lal, director (Personnel), Sanjay Kumar Singh, director (Projects) and Suprakash Adhikari, director (Technical) and other senior NHPC officers took part in special plantation drive titled ‘Ek Pedh – Ma ke Naam’.
A special highlight of the programme was a Nukkad natak on cleanliness awareness performed by girl students of Govt. Model Senior Secondary School, Sarai, Faridabad.
During the Pakhwada, NHPC has been organizing various activities as cleanliness awareness programmes, plantation drives, skit presentation, cleaning kit distribution, awareness programmes on hygiene, drawing and painting competitions across all its locations.
