KISHTWAR, Sept 30: NHM employees here today staged a peaceful protest demonstration demanding the release of their pending salaries.
The protest was held under the leadership of Dr. Nazir Hussain, general secretary of NHM employees.
The protesting employees expressed anguish over non-release of their salaries for the last three months.
They said that they were facing severe financial and social hardships in the absence of money.
The protesters urged the concerned authorities to intervene at the earliest and ensure immediate release of their pending dues so that they may heave a sigh of relief.
The NHM employees on protest said that their struggle will continue until their genuine demand is fulfilled.
