UDHAMPUR, Mar 15: A newly married young woman ended her life by hanging herself at the house of her maternal uncle in Serbaala Ghordi.
According to the reports, Tripta Devi (21), wife of Ajay Kumar, resident of Barta, was found hanging from a ceiling fan hook at her maternal uncle’s house.
Family member saw her hanging and immediately called the Police. On getting information in this regard, Incharge Police Post Ghordi Rahul Sambyal rushed to the spot with a police team and shifted the dead body to Sub District Hospital Ramnagar for the post-mortem.
Cause of provocation behind the extreme step could not be ascertained while Police have registered a case in this connection and started investigation.
