JAMMU, Dec 11: The newly elected National Conference (NC) Members Parliament (MPs), including Sajjad Ahmad Kichloo, Chowdry Mohammad Ramzan, and Gurwinder Singh Oberoi, today met Vice President CP Radhakrishnan and greeted him for his election to the high office.
A statement said during their interaction with the Vice President, the trio apprised him of the major developmental challenges in Jammu and Kashmir, including gaps in infrastructure, limited economic opportunities, and the need for accelerated progress in key sectors.
They also briefed the Vice President about he overall situation in the region, it said.
“The Vice President assured us of his full support and cooperation, acknowledging the region’s significant developmental potential and underscored the need for dedicated attention to accelerate its progress,” said the statement.
