RAJOURI, May 6: The body of a newly born baby was found in Kheora area of Rajouri city on Tuesday.
Reports said that infant’s body had been thrown in the garbage near JK Bank, Kheora by some body. A local noticed the body of the newly born baby lying in the garbage and informed other people of the area.
Some more people of the locality gathered there. They informed police about the matter. The police subsequently reached the spot and took the body in custody. It was shifted to the mortuary of GMC Rajouri for performing medico-legal formalities.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and investigation has been started.
