JAMMU, Nov 30: Focusing women empowerment, Swadeshi commitment and the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat under the leadership of PM Modi, J&K BJP Mahila Morcha president, Neha Mahajan today led two impactful programmes in Vijaypur and Jammu West.
In Vijaypur, a vibrant Mahila Sammelan titled ‘Bazurga Da Beda’ was organised, where Neha Mahajan highlighted the pivotal role of women in preserving cultural values, strengthening society and leading community development.
She affirmed that women have always been the backbone of India’s social fabric and the BJP government is fully committed to their dignity, safety and empowerment.
The BJP leader mentioned about the welfare schemes of BJP government like Ujjwala Yojana, Women Reservation, Mudra Yojana, Ladli Beti etc.
In Jammu West, Mahajan addressed a significant gathering under theme ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat– Swadeshi Sankalp’, encouraging women to adopt indigenous products, support local entrepreneurs and promote the idea of economic self-reliance.
She stated that Swadeshi is a spirit of national pride and a step towards a stronger, self-sufficient India, where women’s participation is essential.
The daylong initiatives concluded with a collective pledge by all the participants to contribute wholeheartedly toward Viksit Bharat 2047, promote Swadeshi values and ensure greater participation of women in public life.
