JAMMU, Nov 9: With the approval of Rattan Lal Gupta, provincial president J&K National Conference (NC) Jammu, provincial president of NC OBC Cell Jammu, Abdul Gani Teli nominated district presidents of OBC Cell in Jammu province.
A handout of the NC stated that Devi Ditta Mehra shall be the district president of OBC Jammu Urban; S. Kuljinder Singh Lubana, district president OBC Samba; Nazir Ahmed of Gandoh, district president OBC Doda; Rakesh Kumar, district president OBC Kathua Rural; Sangat Singh, district president OBC Jammu Rural-B; Mushtaq Ahmed, district president OBC Rajouri Urban; Madan Lal Verma, district president OBC Rajouri Rural; Abdul Rashid Lohar, district president OBC Poonch; Anayat Ali, district president OBC Udhampur Urban; Farooq Ahmed Bhatt, district president Kishtwar; Mohd Javid Bhat, district president OBC Reasi and Mangtullah Lohar, district president OBC Ramban.
