JAMMU, Mar 2: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, provincial president, Rattan Lal Gupta today appointed Mehmood Rizvi (Advocate) as district president Jammu Rural “A” ST Cell, Shoket Choudhary as district president Samba ST Cell and Nadeem Choudhary as district president Jammu Urban ST Cell.
These names were recommended by district president Jammu Rural “A” Subash Chander Bhagat, district president Samba Sudagar Gupta and district president Jammu Urban Chander Mohan Sharma respectively.
