JAMMU, July 7: National Conference (NC) leader, Taranjeet Singh Tony, District President Jammu Rural “B” today said that Omar led Coalition Government is committed for the upliftment of down trodden and poor sections of the society
Addressing the workers’ meeting at Ramnagar Basti in Badyal Brahmna and village Jajowal and Tonkanwali in Suchetgarh constituency, Tony said that people of border area are facing many challenges but now the Coalition Government is working for the redressal of their genuine issues.
The farmers of border areas are facing difficulties to cultivate their land which is close to the Line of Actual Control, he said, adding this issue is also in the active consideration of the Government.
Tony assured the workers that National Conference leadership is determined to fulfill promises made with the people during the elections. National Conference does not believe in hollow slogans but is committed for the upliftment of down trodden and poor sections of the society.
