Navya Srijan Sewa Sansthan organizes Blood Donation Camp

JAMMU, Feb 14: To pay tribute to 44 CRPF Jawans who were martyred in Pulwama attack in 2019, Navya Srijan Sewa Sansthan successfully organized their 2nd Blood Donation Camp here today and 30 units of blood were donated.
Free screening of the volunteers was also done in the Camp.
Speaking on the occasion, Deepak Gupta, Head of the Organization, emphasized the importance of blood donation in overcoming the shortage of blood in hospitals.
He also highlighted the significance of youth’s willingness to donate blood as tribute to the martyrs.
The event was attended by Vikram Randhawa, MLA Bahu, who felicitated the donors.
Floral tribute were paid to Shaheed Siddharth Chib, who lost his life while on duty last year.
Navya Srijan Sewa Sansthan demanded a memorial for Shaheed Siddharth Chib.
The organization also honored retired Prof. Harbans Singh Chib, Head of the Family of Shaheed Siddharth, with a memento.
Dr. Niti, Programme Coordinator from GMC Bakshi Nagar Blood Bank, presented certificates of appreciation to the volunteers of Navya Srijan Sewa Sansthan for organizing a well-managed blood donation camp.
