Srinagar, Aug 30 : The Mission Director of the National Health Mission (NHM), J&K, has issued an order to cancel all attachments of employees across the Union Territory with immediate effect.
An order issued by Director NHM , The directive, issued on August 30, 2025, aims to ensure better healthcare services and restore health facilities amid the prevailing situation.
Employees who were attached or deployed by various Chief Medical Officers (CMOs), Block Medical Officers (BMOs), or other controlling officers at their own level must report back to their original places of posting without fail, it reads.
The order also directs all District Accounts Managers of the NHM not to draw the salary of any employee attached in their jurisdiction from now on. Concerned controlling officers have been directed to submit a compliance report by September 1, 2025. (KNC)
