JAMMU, Mar 20: National College of Education Purkhoo Camp Domana organised a one day workshop on “Preparation of low cost teaching aids” here today.
Madhu Tandon, Senior Lecturer from DIET Jammu was the resource person for the occasion. She drew attention towards NEP 2020 laying emphasis on the better learning of the students. For which teaching aids play a significant role for enhancing knowledge of the learners in the right manner.
She guided students to prepare low cost teaching aids by using available material in the surroundings and also suggested ways to use available resources as teaching aids in the classroom. Students also actively participated in the workshop and made a few teaching aids like flash cards, charts etc as per the requirement of their teaching subjects. Entire session was interactive and interesting.
Aneesha Jamwal gave a welcome address and vote of thanks was given by Meenakshi Sharma. Er Ajay Jamwal (Dean Administration), Yashumati Jamwal, Neetu Sharma, Puja Gupta and others were present on the occasion.
