JAMMU, Nov 23: In commemoration of the 150th birth anniversary year of the Iron Man of India, Bharat Ratna, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Bharatiya Janata Party, Jammu North district, organized a grand unity march to honor his unparalleled contribution to national integration.
The event reflected deep respect for Sardar Patel’s visionary leadership, whose steadfast resolve laid the foundation of a united India.
MP Jugal Kishore stated that “the nation stands stronger with Patel’s ideals,” emphasizing that the values of unity, discipline, and national coherence continue to guide India’s progress. He highlighted Patel’s unmatched role in integrating princely states, calling him the architect of modern India’s territorial integrity.
A special tribute was extended to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, whose leadership has revived nationwide admiration for Sardar Patel’s legacy. Initiatives like the Statue of Unity stand as monumental symbols of national pride and respect.
The unity march saw the participation of MLA Jammu North Assembly constituency, Sham Lal Sharma, MLA Marh, constituency Surinder Bhagat, DDC, Balbir Lal, Prabhari Ayodhya Gupta, Parduman Singh district general secretary, Ravish Maingi, Bhuvnesh Mehta, Ishant Gupta, prominent party workers, former corporator, Sunita Gupta, Kuldeep Singh, former Sarpanches and local citizens. The gathering reaffirmed collective commitment to unity, integrity, and patriotism.
