JAMMU, July 12: Government today appointed Sheikh Mushtaq Ahmad, Secretary to Government, General Administration Department (GAD), as Enquiry Officer to look into the circumstances leading to the outbreak of fire in the ‘Wooden Block’ adjacent to the main building of Civil Secretariat.
According to an order issued by the GAD, Mushtaq Ahmad will look into the response of the concerned agencies or departments and any other matter and submit his report within a week’s time.
