MTWA appeals DyCM for suitable adjustment of migrant teachers

JAMMU, Apr 18: To take stock of the developments taking place in the Education Department and the problems faced by the migrant teachers, a meeting of the Migrant Teachers Welfare Association (MTWA) was held under the chairmanship of its president Ramesh Raina, here today.
The members appealed to the Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand, who also happens to be the Minister for Education to adjust the recently promoted migrant teachers, masters and lecturers in the migrant institutions for their smooth functioning.
The meeting also appealed for shifting of the Migrant School Mishriwala to Bohri at an earliest in view of the new admissions in these schools.
The members also appealed to the Joint Director (Migrants) to transfer Jagti School staff on rotational basis before starting new academic session.
Prominent among those present in the meeting were Sushil Razdan, Vinod Pandita, Rajesh Bagati, Ashok Kumar, Bal Ji Marahatta, Vinod Dhar, Raju Koul, Satish and Rupesh Kumar Koul.
