MSS celebrates Prakash Utsav of Guru Nabhadas

KATHUA, Apr 10: On the occasion of the Prakash Utsav (birth anniversary) of revered Guru, Goswami Shri Guru Nabhadas, a grand celebration organized by the Mahasha Sadasya Sabha (MSS) was held here today.
The event was marked by great enthusiasm and devotion, with lakhs of devotees gathering to participate in the celebration.
In this regard a magnificent Shobha Yatra (procession) was taken out, showcasing unity among the participants.
The Deputy Commissioner of Kathua, who was the chief guest, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of maintaining communal harmony and brotherhood.
He urged people to follow the teachings and footsteps of the Gurus to build a better society.
District Development Council (DDC) member Nagri, Sandeep Mujotra, also spoke on the occasion.
District president Tarachand in his address, stated that the life and teachings of Guru Maharaj inspire us to stay connected with our roots.
He suggested that people should place images of Guru Maharaj in their homes, so that every individual can recognize and remember his teachings, leading society towards greater heights. Sunil Mujotra reiterated that Guru Maharaj was not limited to the Mahasha community but was a guiding light for all.
He emphasized the Guru’s message of equality, urging people to rise above discrimination and treat everyone with respect and fairness.
The event concluded on a note of unity, devotion and a renewed commitment to follow the noble teachings of Guru Nabhadas.
