MSJK demands Statehood restoration

JAMMU, July 7: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) leader, Sunil Dimple has demanded restoration of Statehood to J&K.
Talking to media persons here today he expressed resentment against the delay in the restoration of Statehood to J&K.
“Despite clear commitment made in Parliament on August 5, 2019 by PM Modi and HM Amit Shah that the Statehood would be restored soon, nothing has been done till now,” Dimple maintained adding, “BJP will never restore Statehood to J&K.”
He claimed that lack of will power and lust for chair has forced both by the alliance Government in J&K and the BJP Government at the Centre to avoid efforts for the restoration of Statehood to J&K.
The MSJK leader further demanded that PM Modi should table a bill on restoration of Statehood to J&K in the monsoon session of Parliament.
He informed that MSJK will file a writ petition in SC and will stage protest demonstration at Jantar Mantar during the Parliament session demanding Statehood for J&K.
Mohinder Kumar, Vikas Kumar, Kala Singh, Tarsem Lal, Sudesh and many others were also present on the occasion.
