JAMMU, May 11: In a determined stride towards fostering unity and peace across Bharat, the Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM) has embarked on the “Bharat Yatra,” a nationwide initiative supporting the Indian Army and advocating for a terror-free, riot-free and hate-free nation.
This ambitious journey began in Jaipur Rajasthan and aims to culminate in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, symbolizing a collective stand against terrorism, communalism and hatred.
In a press statement, the Yatra, which passed through Rajasthan and Delhi, was officially flagged off by Dr. Indresh Kumar, patron of the Manch and a member of the RSS National Executive, at Motiya Khan DDA flats in New Delhi.
Dr. Kumar, underscored the significance of this journey by unfurling the Tricolour, marking the commencement of this patriotic endeavor.
The Yatra is being led by its all India National convenor, Abu Bakr Naqvi accompanied with Abdul Aziz Yatra coordinator, Ehasan Ansari, division coordinator, Aftab Hindustani, Jaipur division co-coordinator, Mahfooz Ali district coordinator Jhalawar, Shakeel Pehalwan Tonk district coordinator, Mujeeb Khan Kota district co-convenor, Islam Pathan, Sikar district coordinator, Islam Bhai, Tonk district co-convenor, Qamar Ahmed, Akhtar Khan, Mujeeb Khan, Shahid Abrar Amardeen were present on the occasion.
Abu Bakr Naqvi emphasized the mission’s goals by stating, “The Bharat Yatra is not just a journey; it is a mission to unite people of all sects into a brotherhood where hatred, violence and terrorism have no place. Our unwavering support goes to the Indian Army, whose vigilance allows us to live peacefully.” Naqvi’s remarks encapsulate the Yatra’s core message of unity and national solidarity.
The Yatra received a warm welcome in Gurdaspur, where it was greeted by Ch. Murad Ali co-convener of the MRM Intellectual Wing, and his team.
In Pathankot, MRM member Mohd Shafi welcomed the Yatra, further reinforcing community support and the shared vision of a united Bharat.
Upon reaching Jammu, the Yatra was greeted at the Agarwal Sabha by Dr. Romesh Khajuria member National Working Committee Gau Parkosat MRM, MLA Yudhvir Sethi, Kuldeep Manhas, Gulshan Kumar MRM organizer J&K, Ladakh UTs, Ali Mohd Chechi, Shahid Kalas, convenor Jammu division, Ashraf Choudhary district convenor, Shakeel Ahmed Shawl, Amir Iqbal Khan and others.
