MPDA meets VC JDA, highlights problems

JAMMU, Sept 15: Motor Parts Dealers Association (MPDA), Narwal delegation led by its vice president Rajinder Kakkar met Vice Chairman (VC), Jammu Development Authority (JDA) and apprised him about the problems being faced by them.
While speaking, Kakkar said that allotment of number of allottees have not been fully regularized in Yard Number 6 by JDA and therefore NOC is not being issued to them for availing financial assistance from financial institutions to expand their business. He urged VC to do the needful as early as possible.
He demanded black-topping of main road, link roads and lanes including Yard Number 1 to 7, immediate repair of nallah, black topping of road from Pollution Control Board to NABARD Residential Flats, broadening of drain opposite Yard Number 1 and nallah culvert between new ISBT Gate to PHE filling station of Transport Nagar.
VC assured the deputation that the problems raised by them will be addressed at the earliest.
Among others present were Manoj Sharma, RC Dutta, Sanjay Dogra, Mohinder Singh and SP Gupta.
