MP Khatana visits DU, interacts with students

JAMMU, Feb 25: Gulam Ali Khatana, senior BJP leader and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) today paid a special visit to Delhi University’s iconic hostels, Gwyer Hall and Jubilee Hall.
During his visit, Khatana interacted closely with students, especially those from Jammu and Kashmir.
He listened intently to their grievances, aspirations and challenges, promising to champion their cause at the highest levels.
The visit was marked by candid conversations, where students shared their experiences of navigating life in the capital while pursuing their academic dreams.
Khatana was accompanied by prominent student leaders and faculty members, who actively participated in the discussions.
Their presence added depth to the dialogue, highlighting the collective effort to address student issues and foster a positive academic environment.
Later, the MP made his way to the Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) office, where he engaged with the elected secretary, Mitravinda Karanwal and other representatives.
The visit resonated deeply with the students, who expressed gratitude for Khatana’s proactive approach and genuine concern for their well-being.
His message was clear “Your voices matter and I am here to ensure they are heard.”
