JAMMU, Feb 3: A young biker died in a road accident here at New Plot area today.
Officials said the incident happened when the motorcyclist, identified as Akshay Kumar son of Kartar Singh of Bhaderwah at present Chinnore, was hit by a cement-loaded truck this morning near JDA Complex, Treasury and Radha Krishna Temple in New Plot area.
He died on the spot, they said.
Police have registered a case under the relevant sections of the law and taken up further investigation into the matter.
