JAMMU, Mar 17: A motorcyclist was killed after hit by a truck near Malik Market area of Narwal, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Raghubir Singh, son of Laxman Singh, a resident of Ward Number 1, Simbal Camp District Jammu.
After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased has been handed over to family members for last rites.
On getting information, a team from Police Post Narwal led by SI Achal Rana immediately rushed to the spot and arrested the trucker, who was identified as Imtiaz Ahmed, a resident of District Poonch
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
