Srinagar, Sept 7: A motorcyclist was killed while two other persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Valley.
A police spokesman said that a tipper bearing registration number JK05B-3358 hit a motorcyclist identified as Rafiq Ahmad at Zangam village of Pattan in Baramulla district, resulting in his on-spot death and injuries to another person namely Bashir Ahmad Bhat.
The police spokesman said that a Wagon-R car bearing registration number JK04C-4935 collided with a Tractor at Badoora village of Achabal in Anantnag district, resulting in injuries to the driver identified as Muzamil Shafiq Shah and another person boarding the car, who was identified as Mohammad Rafiq Ganie.
Both the injured have been shifted to the hospital for treatment.
