UDHAMPUR, Nov 27: A motorcyclist died when his bike skilled off the road resulting into an accident on the National Highway at Salora, near Tikri, here today.
The deceased was identified as Jagdish Chander (35), son of Uttam Chander of Sudhmahadev Chenani.
The motorcycle, bearing registration number JK14D-1902, was on way from Sudhmahadev to Jammu when it met with the accident. Locals took the injured motorcyclist to Primary Health Center (PHC) Tikri where doctors referred him to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of his critical condition. However, he succumbed to his injuries soon after his admission at GMC Hospital.
