LEH, Nov 12: The Union Territory Government in Ladakh has assigned Moses Kunzang, the charge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Youth Services and Sports (YS&S).
He replaced Bhanu Prabha, Administrative Secretary, Department of School Educaton, Higher Education, Technical Education and Skill Development Department, who was holding the additional charge of the department.
Meanwhile, it has been directed that Kunzang will continue to serve as Director, Housing and Urban Development Department, Ladakh, until further orders.
