JAMMU, Dec 27: During his weekly public darbar at party Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, here, today, BJP senior leader and former Minister, Sat Sharma (C.A) listened to the grievances of a large number of people from different areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
Party leader Ankush Gupta and former councillor Jeet Angral, assisted the BJP senior leader in conducting the public darbar.
Sat Sharma also had direct interaction with the deputations and the individuals. While speaking to them, Sharma said that history has been created in post-independence of India, when PM Narendra Modi wrote new chapters of development and social welfare in his ten years of governance at the Centre.
He said that what Narendra Modi did in these years could not be done by the previous non-BJP governments in decades. The focus of the earlier governments remained confined to promoting dynastic rule, corruption and playing communal politics. Narendra Modi Government displayed real concern for the development of every region and upliftment of every section, with no space for dynastic rule and corruption.
Sat Sharma said that the Modi Government has familiarised people of the country with real development, which not only remained in papers but visible on ground. Again, this Government did not indulge in pleasing slogans of mitigating the sufferings of the people but took many decisions aimed at bringing change in the lives of poor, needy and marginalised sections. He said that people are well convinced by the good governance model of Narendra Modi and want to see him as PM for next term as well.
The people and deputations which reached the public darbar were from Mahespura, Resham Ghar Colony, Shakti Nagar, Trikuta Nagar, Sunderbani, Purani Mandi, Rehari Chungi and narrated their problems related to pension, land compensation, water logging and poor drainage system, laying of tiles, rehabilitation of Rehri vendors, electricity bill, high capacity transformer, fixing of crates, drain upgradation etc.
