The BJP president said that the Modi Government ensured the dignified and honourable bringing of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji to India from Afghanistan. He said that the Government took a landmark decision by declaring ‘Veer Bal Diwas’ on December 26 in memory of four Sahibzade, the brave sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
He said that Kartarpur Corridor was opened, fulfilling a long-pending demand of Sikhs by allowing them to visit Kartarpur sahib Gurdwara in Pakistan without a visa through the corridor. He added that the Modi government wiped the tears of Riot-victims through long-needed legal measures.
During the meeting, the primary concerns raised included the irregular water supply and the urgent need for the installation of a transformer for Gurdwara Sahib.
