JAMMU, May 28: To address public grievances and to review ongoing development work, MLA Bahu, Ch. Vikram Randhawa here today organized public outreach programme in Ward No. 52, Trikuta Nagar (Friends Colony).
The programme saw active participation of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) officials along with representatives from various Government Departments. The initiative provided a platform for the residents to voice concerns regarding sanitation, water supply, road infrastructure, street lights and other civic amenities.
Speaking on the occasion, Randhawa reiterated his commitment to transparent governance.
He assured the gathering that all genuine concerns raised by the public would be taken up with the concerned authorities for prompt redressal. He also emphasized the importance of public participation in the development process.
The event was graced by the presence of several prominent personalities including Naresh Singh, District president; Ajay Gupta, ex-Councillor; Kulveer Charak, Nitin Thapa, Monu Gupta, Joginder Lal, Subash, M.C Bhagat, Romesh Choudhary, Rubi Devi, Shiv Gupta and other local dignitaries.
The programme concluded with a collective pledge to work together for the betterment of the community and to ensure continued development in the Ward.
