JAMMU, Apr 27: MLA Marh, Satish Bhagat today visited various border villages of Marh constituency and listened the grievances and problems being faced by the people of border area at Zero Line border Panchayats Rajpura, Kana Chack, Panjore, Nai Basti, Gangu Chack, Shama Chack, Kalyanpur , ohagni, Gho Manhasan, Makwal, Summ.
He assured the people that BJP Government at Centre is committed for the security, safety of the people. He also reviewed arrangements for the people of border at safer places keeping in view the prevailing situation on IB and LoC and interacted with the people of different villages.
People of these villages demanded surgical strikes on terrorist camps running along LoC in PoJK.
Bhagat assured the people from villages situated nearer to Line of Control that BJP Government is ready to provide every essential commodity to the border people keeping in view the prevailing situation along IB and LoC for safety and security of people as Indian Army and BSF is fully prepared to thwart the ill designs of enemy and anti-national elements.
He asked the concerned authorities and officials to provide adequate essential commodities to border people as BJP Government at Centre is much concerned about their security and safety.
Bhagat on the occasion made a scathing attack on Pakistan and compared the neighbouring country with a “Plaque” for the entire world. He said that Pakistan’s policy will lead to its complete destruction. He said Pak’s proxy war has given uncalled tragedies to our peace loving border dwelling people but at the same time the brave Indian forces have inflicted heavy casualties on Pakistan’s side giving a befitting reply.
Bhagat said BJP Government led by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has been relying on a radical new approach to accelerate projects to unclog the bottlenecks stopping the development of border areas. He said that the life of people in border areas of Jammu and Kashmir has for decades been held ransom to shoddy roads and poor infrastructure due to the phlegmatic approach shown by the successive Governments.
