NAGROTA, Apr 12: Aimed at improving road connectivity and easing transportation for the local populace in her constituency, BJP MLA Nagrota, Devyani Rana, kickstarted multiple road restoration works, here today.
The MLA inaugurated the restoration work of the road from Nandani to Tara along with other allied links, being executed at an estimated cost of Rs 68 lakhs.
This project is expected to significantly benefit residents by enhancing road conditions and ensuring safer and smoother travel.
In another initiative, Rana also flagged off the restoration of the road from Dansal to Garni and other allied links, with an estimated cost of Rs 5 lakhs.
The project aims to address long-pending demands of the local people and improve accessibility in the area.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA reiterated her commitment towards strengthening infrastructure and accelerating developmental works across the Nagrota constituency.
She emphasized that improved road connectivity plays a crucial role in boosting economic activities and enhancing the quality of life for the people.
