MLA Kathua listens public grievances in Janta Darbar

KATHUA, Jan 21: Member Legislative Assembly, Kathua, Dr. Bharat Bhushan today conducted Janta Darbar at party Headquarter here, today and listened to the public grievances.
This maiden Janta Darbar at District Party Headquarter saw overwhelming response of the public and more than three hundred persons of the constituency projected their demands before the Legislator. In addition several deputations of remote areas like Gokul Chak, Dhanore, Kardoh, Dilwan, Maroli, Rakhey, Partap Kote, Patyari and Nagri met MLA and apprised him of the issues faced by them.
The district president BJP, Kathua, Updesh Andotra, DDC Vice Chairman, Raghunandan Singh Bablu, City Mandal Pardhan, Rahul Sharma, Nagri Parole Mandal president, Ravi Andotra, Lakhnapur Mandal president, Suman Bala, general secretaries, Gagan Singh, Anil Khajuria, former councillor, Anirudh Sharma, Amit Sudan, Bhanu Partap Singh and teams of all three Mandals were present on the occasion.
Dr. Bharat Bhushan, MLA Kathua listened to public one by one in the day long Janta Darbar and assured to redress the grievances in a phased manner. He apprised that Janta Darbar at party Headquarter, Kathua will be organized on 21st of every month so that people can air their issues and necessary steps can be taken to mitigate the sufferings of the masses.
The issues mainly related to provision of safe drinking water, roads, construction of lanes, drains and restoration of damaged infrastructure in August 2025 flood affected areas of Kathua.
