BISHNAH, Dec 10: MLA Bishnah, Dr. Rajeev Kumar Bhagat here today inaugurated a series of crucial development works in Panchayat Pasgal of Block Bishnah.
A handout stated that these projects will incur an expenditure of about Rs.70 lakh and will significantly upgrade the local infrastructure and address long-standing needs of the residents.
The inaugurated works include 12 construction projects valued at Rs. 50 lakh which will include the laying of essential lane and drain networks as well as the construction of protective edge walls.
In a major relief for the residents, the MLA also inaugurated two upgraded electric transformers boosting their capacity from 250 KVA to 400 KVA at a cost of Rs. 20 lakh.
Dr. Bhagat emphasized that these projects reflect his commitment to decentralized planning and equitable development across the Bishnah Constituency.
He urged the executing agencies to maintain strict quality standards and ensure timely completion of the projects.
The MLA was accompanied by the Engineering Wing of the Block Bishnah and officials from the Power Development Department along with Abhishek Jamwal, Mandal Pardhan Salehar, Arjun Singh Charak, general secretary, Suraj Parkash, Sohan Lal Choudhary, Sat Pal, vice president, Jaswant Singh, Lal Chand Bhagat, Nanak Chand and others.
