KATHUA, Mar 16 : MLA Dr Bharat Bhushan today dedicated three developmental works to the people of Kathua aggregating to the tune of Rs 1.26 crores.
At first instance, MLA kickstarted the work of deep drain & lane in Patel Nagar Kathua on which Rs 88 lakhs will be spent.
This work spans from Dr Padha clinic to shop of Kapil Thappa via Shiv temple in Patel Nagar Kathua. More than 70% of Patel Nagar residents will be benefitted by this work.
Then MLA inaugurated a lane and drain in Ward no. 13 Parliwand Kathua followed by a deep drain & lane work in Ward No. 21 Kathua.
Both these works have been executed at an estimated cost of Rs 38 lakhs given under MLA Constituency Development Scheme.
All these three works will enhance infrastructure of development in Kathua & improve the quality of life of the residents of these three areas of Kathua.
Among others who were present during the events included Prem Nath Dogra, Rahul Dev, Ravinder Pathania, Mohan Mehra, Ashok Sharma, Ajay Sharma, Seema Kappor and prominent persons of the area.
Later MLA Also interacted with the residents of the Ward and listened to their concerns.
He assured to address other issues in a phased manner.
