JAMMU, Apr 16: Mission Shakti District Hub for Empowerment of Women Jammu, Social Welfare Department organized empowering awareness session at Women Cell Gandhi Nagar.
This initiative was designed to inform the Police Officials and survivors about various Government schemes focused on uplifting and supporting women, with a broader mission of fostering gender equality and strengthening the role of women in society.
Mission Shakti’s team of officials led an informative session covering an array of Government programs that cater specifically to women’s welfare, economic empowerment, safety and security.
Inspector Arti Thakur SHO Women Cell, Shagun Manchanda District Mission Coordinator, Mission Shakti, officials of Women Cell and Mission Shakti HEW Jammu were present during the programme.
