UDHAMPUR, Jan 29: A man missing since yesterday, was today found dead under mysterious circumstances at Mgana forest area in Kud.
The deceased, namely Ram Lal (42), son of Kripu Ram of Bashat in Chenani Tehsil, was found dead by some locals, who informed the police. A team of Kud Police shifted the body to mortuary room of SDH Chenani for postmortem.
According to the family members, ram Lal was missing since yesterday morning. Police has initiated inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC” and further investigation is going on.
