UDHAMPUR, Sept 7: A minor girl was allegedly kidnapped by a youth of her village Damnote in tehsil Pancheri, here yesterday.
Family members of the victim, who is a student of class 10th in HSS Damnote, have lodged a written complaint with the police station Pancheri and alleged that their daughter was kidnapped by one Parveen, son of Payar Singh of Damnote.
Police has registered a case in this connection, under Section 363 RPC and sent Police team to different areas in search of the accused as well as the victim.
