Srinagar, Jan 24: Police in Awantipora today produced a charge sheet against a militant associate.

Police spokesman said that charge sheet was produced against Hijaz Nazir Magray son of Nazir Ahmad Magray resident of Goripora Mohalla Lassipora Pulwama before the NIA Court Pulwama in case FIR No. 120/2024 of Police Station Awantipora.
The spokesman said that during investigation of the said case, the terrorist associate was found involved for offences under Sections U/S 7/25 A. Act, 13, 18, 23 & 39 UA(P) Act, for possessing illicit arms/ammunition, providing logistic support to terrorists and for furthering the terror activities.
“Police will deal strictly against such ANEs, and are committed to dismantle terrorist infrastructure from its roots.”
