JAMMU, Oct 22: For celebrating Diwali at Jammu, the Government of J&K has ordered three day- Special Casual Leave on October 22, 23 and 24, 2025 in favour of PM Package/Migrant/Jammu based employees posted in different departments in the Kashmir valley.
